Returns must be requested within 7 calendar days of verified courier delivery. To begin, email us at support@sanjhsutra.com with your order ID.
Yes. If your preferred size or colorway is in atelier stock, we will immediately reserve it for you. If unavailable, you may select atelier store credit or a direct refund.
Refunds are credited to the original payment source: UPI / Net Banking takes 3–5 business days, Credit / Debit Cards take 5–7 business days following inspection clearance.
If the return is due to an incorrect dispatch or manufacturing flaw, Sãnjh Sutrã bears 100% of return shipping costs. For preference exchanges, shipping is handled by the patron.
Because bespoke commissions are handwoven specifically for your custom measurements, they are non-returnable. Our atelier works intimately with you to guarantee absolute satisfaction before cutting.
